How to Transform Your Life in 6 Minutes a Day

Minute 1: S is for silence.

Instead of hitting the snooze button, and then rushing through your day feeling stressed and overwhelmed, invest your first minute in sitting in purposeful silence. Sit quietly, calm and peaceful and breathe deeply. Maybe you meditate. Center yourself and create an optimum state of mind that will lead you effectively through the rest of your day.

Maybe you say a prayer of gratitude and appreciate the moment. As you sit in silence, you quiet your mind, relax your body and allow your stress to melt away. You develop a deeper sense of clarity, purpose, and direction.

Minute 2: A is for Affirmations.

Pull out and read your page of affirmations — written statements that remind you of your unlimited potential, your most important goals and the actions you must take today to achieve them. Reading over reminders of how capable you really are motivates you. Looking over which actions you must take, re-energizes you to focus on doing what’s necessary today to takeyour life to the next level.

Minute 3. V is for visualization.

Close your eyes and visualize what it will look like and feel like when you reach your goals. Seeing your ideal vision increases your belief that it’s possible and your desire to make it a reality.

Minute 4. E is for exercise.

Stand up and move your body for 60 seconds, long enough to increase the flow of blood and oxygen to your brain. You could easily do a minute of jumping jacks, push-ups, or sit-ups. The point is that you raise your heart rate, generate energy and increase your ability to be alert and focused.

Minute 5. R is for reading.

Grab the self-help book you’re currently reading and read one page, maybe two. Learn a new idea, something you can incorporate into your day, which will improve your results at work or in your relationships. Discover something new that you can use to think better, feel better and live better.

Minute 6. S is for scribing.

Pull out your journal and take one minute to write down something you’re grateful for, something you’re proud of and the top one to three results that you’re committed to creating that day. In doing so, you create the clarity and motivation that you need to take action.

Start today.

How would you feel if that’s how you used the first six minutes of each day? How would the quality of your day — and your life — improve? We can all agree that investing a minimum of six minutes into becoming the person that we need to be to create the lives we truly want is not only reasonable. It’s an absolute must.

What Your Heart Line Says About Your Life

heart line

Have you ever wondered if there was something about you that could determine your life? The heart line on your hand says something about your life, see what yours says.

The heart line is the line that is below the index, middle, or ring finger and extends to the edge of your palm underneath your little finger. If you want to know what your heart line says about your life look at the picture to determine which one you are and keep reading for the results.

heart line

– A: This is where the heart line begins below the middle finger. This means you are more of a leader, ambitious, independent, intelligent and have the skill to make decisions. You are less sensitive and colder to others.
– B: This is where the heart line begins in the middle of the middle finger and the index finger. This means that you are considerate and kind, but hesitant and cautious about other people being involved, but people tend to trust you. You also tend to use common sense when making decisions.
– C: If your heart line begins underneath the index finger you are more like A.
– D: if you heart line between the thumb and the index finger you are considered to be patient, caring, having good intentions and being soft hearted.

10 Truths We Forget Too Easily

10 Truths We Forget Too Easily

Some of life’s essential truths need repeating. Keep this list handy and give it a read any time you need a boost.

1. Being Busy Does Not Equal Being Productive

Look at everyone around you. They all seem so busy—running from meeting to meeting and firing off emails. Yet how many of them are really producing, really succeeding at a high level?

Success doesn’t come from movement and activity. It comes from focus—from ensuring that your time is used efficiently and productively.

You get the same number of hours in the day as everyone else. Use yours wisely. After all, you’re the product of your output, not your effort. Make certain your efforts are dedicated to tasks that get results.

2. Great Success Is Often Preceded By Failure

You will never experience true success until you learn to embrace failure. Your mistakes pave the way for you to succeed by revealing when you’re on the wrong path.

The biggest breakthroughs typically come when you’re feeling the most frustrated and the most stuck. It’s this frustration that forces you to think differently, to look outside the box and see the solution that you’ve been missing.

Success takes patience and the ability to maintain a good attitude even while suffering for what you believe in.

3. Fear Is the No. 1 Source of Regret

When it’s all said and done, you will lament the chances you didn’t take far more than you will your failures. Don’t be afraid to take risks.

I often hear people say, “What’s the worst thing that can happen to you? Will it kill you?” Yet, death isn’t the worst thing that can happen to you.

The worst thing that can happen to you is allowing yourself to die inside while you’re still alive.

4. Your Self-Worth Must Come From Within

When your sense of pleasure and satisfaction are derived from comparing yourself to others, you are no longer the master of your own destiny. When you feel good about something that you’ve done, don’t allow anyone’s opinions or accomplishments to take that away from you.

While it’s impossible to turn off your reactions to what others think of you, you don’t have to compare yourself to others, and you can always take people’s opinions with a grain of salt. That way, no matter what other people are thinking or doing, your self-worth comes from within. Regardless of what people think of you at any particular moment, one thing is certain—you’re never as good or bad as they say you are.

5. You’re Only as Good as Those You Associate With

You should strive to surround yourself with people who inspire you, people who make you want to be better. And you probably do. But what about the people who drag you down? Why do you allow them to be a part of your life?

Anyone who makes you feel worthless, anxious, or uninspired is wasting your time and, quite possibly, making you more like them. Life is too short to associate with people like this. Cut them loose.

6. Life Is Short

None of us are guaranteed a tomorrow. Yet, when someone dies unexpectedly it causes us to take stock of our own life: what’s really important, how we spend our time, and how we treat other people.

Loss is a raw, visceral reminder of the frailty of life. It shouldn’t be.

Remind yourself every morning when you wake up that each day is a gift and you’re bound to make the most of the blessing you’ve been given. The moment you start acting like life is a blessing is the moment it will start acting like one.

After all, a great day begins with a great mindset.

7. You Don’t Have to Wait for an Apology to Forgive

Life goes a lot smoother once you let go of grudges and forgive even those who never said they were sorry. Grudges let negative events from your past ruin today’s happiness. Hate and anger are emotional parasites that destroy your joy in life.

The negative emotions that come with holding on to a grudge create a stress response in your body, and holding on to stress can have devastating health consequences. Researchers at Emory University have shown that holding on to stress contributes to high blood pressure and heart disease.

When you forgive someone, it doesn’t condone their actions; it simply frees you from being their eternal victim.

8. You’re Living the Life You’ve Created

You are not a victim of circumstance. No one can force you to make decisions and take actions that run contrary to your values and aspirations.

The circumstances you’re living in today are your own—you created them. Likewise, your future is entirely up to you. If you’re feeling stuck, it’s probably because you’re afraid to take the risks necessary to achieve your goals and live your dreams.

When it’s time to take action, remember that it’s always better to be at the bottom of the ladder you want to climb than at the top of one you don’t.

9. Live in the Moment

You can’t reach your full potential until you learn to live your life in the present.

No amount of guilt can change the past, and no amount of anxiety can change the future. It’s impossible to be happy if you’re constantly somewhere else, unable to fully embrace the reality (good or bad) of this very moment.

To help yourself live in the moment, you must do two things:

  1. Accept your past. If you don’t make peace with your past, it will never leave you and, in doing so, it will create your future.
  2. Accept the uncertainty of the future. Worry has no place in the here and now. As Mark Twain once said, “Worrying is like paying a debt you don’t owe.”

10. Change Is Inevitable — Embrace It

Only when you embrace change can you find the good in it. You need to have an open mind and open arms if you’re going to recognize, and capitalize on, the opportunities that change creates.

You’re bound to fail when you keep doing the same things you always have in the hope that ignoring change will make it go away.

After all, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result.

Life doesn’t stop for anyone. When things are going well, appreciate them and enjoy them, as they are bound to change. If you are always searching for something more, something better, that you think is going to make you happy, you’ll never be present enough to enjoy the great moments before they’re gone.

Still Believe Nature Got It Wrong? Top 10 Health Benefits of Marijuana

There is no plant on Earth more condemned than marijuana. We’re talking about a living organism which governments have taken upon themselves to designate as an illegal substance. Despite no existing evidence of anyone ever dying of a marijuana overdose, possession of this plant is still illegal in many parts. Marijuana has been found to suppress cancer, reduce blood pressure, treat glaucoma, alleviate pain and even inhibit HIV. It is an antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and neuroprotective. Can you understand more now why it’s illegal?

No Independent Study Has Ever Linked Marijuana To Psychosocial Problems

Cannabis is one of the most powerful healing plants on the planet. Dozens of studies have made pseudoscientific attempts to indicate that young people who use cannabis tend to experience psychological, social problems and mental decline. However, there is no evidence that marijuana use is directly linked with such problems, according to the results of a study published in The Lancet.“Currently, there is no strong evidence that use of cannabis of itself causes psychological or social problems,” such as mental illness or school failure, lead study author Dr. John Macleod of the University of Birmingham in the UK told Reuters Health.

“There is a great deal of evidence that cannabis use is associated with these things, but this association could have several explanations,” he said, citing factors such as adversity in early life, which may itself be associated with cannabis use and psychosocial problems.

Macleod and his team reviewed 48 long-term studies, 16 of which provided the highest quality information about the association between illicit drug use reported by people 25 years old or younger and later psychological or social problems. Most of the drug-specific results involved cannabis use.

Cannabis use was not consistently associated with violent or antisocial behavior, or with psychological problems.

In another study, Scientists from King’s College, London, found occasional pot use could actually improve concentration levels.

The study, carried in the American Journal of Epidemiology, tested the mental function and memory of nearly 9,000 Britons at age 50 and found that those who had used illegal drugs as recently as in their 40s did just as well, or slightly better, on the tests than peers who had never used drugs.

‘Overall, at the population level, the results seem to suggest that past or even current illicit drug use is not necessarily associated with impaired cognitive functioning in early middle age,’ said lead researcher Dr Alex Dregan.
Dr Dregan’s team used data on 8,992 42-year-olds participating in a UK national health study, who were asked if they had ever used any of 12 illegal drugs. Then, at the age of 50, they took standard tests of memory, attention and other cognitive abilities.

Overall, the study found, there was no evidence that current or past drug users had poorer mental performance. In fact, when current and past users were lumped together, their test scores tended to be higher.

The Age of Deception is Ending

In 2003, the U.S. Government as represented by the Department of Health and Human Services filed for, and was awarded a patent on cannabinoids. The reason? Because research into cannabinoids allowed pharmaceutical companies to acquire practical knowledge on one of the most powerful antioxidants and neuroprotectants known to the natural world.

The U.S. Patent 6630507 was specifically initiated when researchers found that cannabinoids had specific antioxidant properties making them useful in the treatment and prophylaxis of wide variety of oxidation associated diseases, such as ischemic, age-related, inflammatory and autoimmune diseases. The cannabinoids are found to have particular application as neuroprotectants, for example in limiting neurological damage following ischemic insults, such as stroke and trauma, or in the treatment of neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease and HIV dementia. Nonpsychoactive cannabinoids, such as cannabidoil, are particularly advantageous to use because they avoid toxicity that is encountered with psychoactive cannabinoids at high doses useful in the method of the present invention.

In a historic and significant moment in American history, last November, Colorado became the first US state to legalize marijuana for recreational use. The impact of the decision could ripple across the entire country with vast opportunities to educate millions on the top health benefits of marijuana.

With the passage of I-502 in the 2012 Washington State election, marijuana also became legal in Washington–not just for medical use, but also for recreational use. Weed is still illegal as far as the United States government is concerned, but Washington and Colorado both have yet to figure out how that will work. It’s certain that this issue will continue to evolve and smooth out as time goes by, but the remaining states will eventually follow suit or be left behind with outdated laws.

Top Health Benefits

It’s no surprise that the United States has decreed that marijuana has no accepted medical use use and should remain classified as a highly dangerous drug like heroin. Accepting and promoting the powerful health benefits of marijuana would instantly cut huge profits geared towards cancer treatment and the U.S. would have to admit it imprisons the population for no cause. Nearly half of all drug arrests in the United States are for marijuana.

According to MarijuanaNews.com editor Richard Cowan, the answer is because it is a threat to cannabis prohibition “…there really is massive proof that the suppression of medical cannabis represents the greatest failure of the institutions of a free society, medicine, journalism, science, and our fundamental values,” Cowan notes.

Besides the top 10 health benefits below, findings published in the journal PLoS ONE, researchers have now have now discovered that marijuana-like chemicals trigger receptors on human immune cells that can directly inhibit a type of human immuno-deficiency virus (HIV) found in late-stage AIDS.

Recent studies have even shown it to be an effective atypical anti-psychotic in treating schizophrenia, a disease many other studies have inconsistently found it causing.

1. Cancer
Cannabinoids, the active components of marijuana, inhibit tumor growth in laboratory animals and also kill cancer cells. Western governments have known this for a long time yet they continued to suppress the information so that cannabis prohibition and the profits generated by the drug industry proliferated.

THC that targets cannabinoid receptors CB1 and CB2 is similar in function to endocannabinoids, which are cannabinoids that are naturally produced in the body and activate these receptors. The researchers suggest that THC or other designer agents that activate these receptors might be used in a targeted fashion to treat lung cancer.

2. Tourette’s Syndrome
Tourette’s syndrome is a neurological condition characterized by uncontrollable facial grimaces, tics, and involuntary grunts, snorts and shouts.

Dr. Kirsten Mueller-Vahl of the Hanover Medical College in Germany led a team that investigated the effects of chemicals called cannabinols in 12 adult Tourette’s patients. A single dose of the cannabinol produced a significant reduction in symptoms for several hours compared to placebo, the researchers reported.

3. Seizures
Marijuana is a muscle relaxant and has “antispasmodic” qualities that have proven to be a very effective treatment for seizures. There are actually countless cases of people suffering from seizures that have only been able to function better through the use of marijuana.

4. Migraines
Since medicinal marijuana was legalized in California, doctors have reported that they have been able to treat more than 300,000 cases of migraines that conventional medicine couldn’t through marijuana.

5. Glaucoma
Marijuana’s treatment of glaucoma has been one of the best documented. There isn’t a single valid study that exists that disproves marijuana’s very powerful and popular effects on glaucoma patients.

6. Multiple Sclerosis
Marijuana’s effects on multiple sclerosis patients became better documented when former talk-show host, Montel Williams began to use pot to treat his MS. Marijuana works to stop the neurological effects and muscle spasms that come from the fatal disease.

7. ADD and ADHD
A well documented USC study done about a year ago showed that marijuana is not only a perfect alternative for Ritalin but treats the disorder without any of the negative side effects of the pharmaceutical.

8. IBS and Crohn’s
Marijuana has shown that it can help with symptoms of the chronic diseases as it stops nausea, abdominal pain, and diarrhea.

9. Alzheimer’s
Despite what you may have heard about marijuana’s effects on the brain, the Scripps Institute, in 2006, proved that the THC found in marijuana works to prevent Alzheimer’s by blocking the deposits in the brain that cause the disease.

10. Premenstrual Syndrome
Just like marijuana is used to treat IBS, it can be used to treat the cramps and discomfort that causes PMS symptoms. Using marijuana for PMS actually goes all the way back to Queen Victoria.

Mounting Evidence Suggests Raw Cannabis is Best

Cannabinoids can prevent cancer, reduce heart attacks by 66% and insulin dependent diabetes by 58%. Cannabis clinician Dr. William Courtney recommends drinking 4 – 8 ounces of raw flower and leaf juice from any Hemp plant, 5 mg of Cannabidiol (CBD) per kg of body weight, a salad of Hemp seed sprouts and 50 mg of THC taken in 5 daily doses.

Why raw? Heat destroys certain enzymes and nutrients in plants. Incorporating raw cannabis allows for a greater availability of those elements. Those who require large amounts of cannabinoids without the psychoactive effects need to look no further than raw cannabis. In this capacity, it can be used at 60 times more tolerance than if it were heated.
Raw cannabis is considered by many experts as a dietary essential. As a powerful anti-inflammatory and antioxidant, raw cannabis may be right u there with garlic and tumeric.

This Man Built A Gold Pyramid Home in Illinois

goldpyramidillinois
I recently wrote about the man who discovered the first Bosnian Pyramids and was very grateful to be able to experience his talk a few weeks ago in person. It was enlightening and was cool to see a real life Indiana Jones character who spent so much time learning the value of pyramids and their potential power. He mentioned a pyramid in Illinois that really caught my eye because of the effects it had after being built.jimonangoldpyramidJim Onan was a man who always admired Egyptian culture and stumbled upon a university study one day suggesting that pyramids at Giza generated energy. Jim came from humble beginnings, He had 5 children with his wife Linda and he was a hardworking man who built his own concrete business from the ground up. In the 70’s Pyramid’s became more popular because of the mysteries coming forth. His curiosity led him to build small pyramids around his home and people realized that when they put their hands above this small pyramid they felt a weird sensation, a vortex of energy coming from the top of the Pyramid.

He kept building small pyramids and then decided to build a little bigger one, a 13 foot pyramid in his backyard to experiment on a larger scale. One of the Onan sons was a botanist and the university he attended suggest that they grow inside the Pyramid. What they found was astonishing, they found that plants grew three times as fast in the pyramid than outside it.

One day, Jim was talking with his wife Linda about what kind of home they should build and Linda jokingly said “Why don’t you build it out of a pyramid” and that gave him quite the idea, he was going to build his families home as a pyramid structure, and he did.  He built the Pyramid home for his family and it was an exact replica model of the Pyramid’s of Giza at 1/9th the size.

As the building came into completion and the pyramid form took shape something astonishing happened. The middle of the home started bubbling up with water and the spring water started entering the first floor (the bottom) of the pyramid. Astonished and confused, they scrapped the plans to have an indoor pool on the first floor of the pyramid and instead had to bring in experts to reroute the water to funnel it out of the pyramid home and into the surrounding area.

Some say that the shape of the pyramid itself helped to bring this spring to life and fill the surrounding area with spring water. This is really the only conclusion that I see considering there was no water there before and once the pyramid took shape this is when the water started bubbling up. Quite incredible huh? A pyramid structure helped to bring spring water to the surface.

Additionally Jim Onan was very passionate about Egyptian architecture and culture and decided he wanted to coat the pyramid in gold. He coated the pyramid in 24-karat gold surrounding the whole pyramid costing an incredible $1 Million US dollars. This is now the largest golden plated structure in North America. Naturally, this structure got a lot of attention from the local community and the press and it got a lot of exposure. Tourists started flocking by the thousands and they created a tourism business out of it.

Celebrities showed interest as well. Michael Jackson wanted to shoot a music video within this pyramid and Muhammad Ali offered to buy this golden pyramid because he wanted to turn this into a training facility. It’s an incredible story that really documents the power (and further potential power left undiscovered) of pyramids. In the last article I wrote about the Bosnian Pyramid of the sun and how the recorded negative ions under this pyramid were measured higher than any other place on the planet. One man named Ralph who was working on this Pyramid in Illinois drank the spring water everyday while working on the pyramid and he came back from his doctor reporting that his blood pressure was lower. Jim thought Ralph was crazy and told anyone that they could take the spring water to drink themselves and people did, and many claimed to feel better or to have certain ailments cured. This could all be the placebo effect (mind over matter) or there could be some validity as we now know that water is living and to charge water and for it to be alive has more health value. Spring water is already the best water you can get and for it to be positively charged (if it was in some way) then there could be potential there.

So, what can pyramids potentially do for mankind?

1. Increase Food/Plant Growth by up to 300% (maybe more?)

2. Bring Water and Life to an Area (spring water erupted from the earth after this structure was built)

3. Stone built pyramids (10’s of thousands of years old) have higher levels of negative ions which are great for health.

4. charge water to have more life force and healing power.

The story of Jim Onan and his family is incredible and I plan on visiting this pyramid one day in person to see it for myself, ask questions and get the full experience. Thankfully they have now opened up the pyramid home as a tourism attraction and anyone can visit! You can hear the full story of this pyramid below in this short documentary:

You can learn more about this gold pyramid and visit it as a tourist by going to GoldPyramid.com, this is definitely a bucket list place to visit for me and it’s only about 5 hours from where I live thankfully! What are your thoughts on pyramids? do you believe they have more use and value than the naked eye can see? leave a comment below and share your thoughts.

10 Things You Need To Eliminate From Your Life Immediately

1. Negative people.

I think it’s important to keep people in your life who hold your feet to the fire and want to see you achieve your dreams and be the best person you can be. There’s a solid difference between those kinds of people and negative people. Negative people think you’ll fail because they don’t trust you. Negative people don’t even really want you to succeed.

2. Caring about your mistakes.

Learning from your mistakes is crucial for growing and preventing those mistakes in the future, but don’t get hung up on it.

3. Worrying about the past.

Similar to caring about your mistakes, don’t sweat the past. It happened. You can’t go back in time.

4. Your self image.

I used to have real self image problems, but I didn’t fix it by forcing a more positive image on myself. I just stopped having a self image. It’s been incredible. I just don’t care anymore. Leads to some interesting outfits, sure, but life is way more relaxed.

5. Feeling sorry.

If you find yourself apologizing over things you shouldn’t be apologizing for, just knock it off. You’re brainwashing yourself into believing a false reality where you’re always at fault. You aren’t. Quit with the sorry.

6. Saying yes.

If you don’t want to. Don’t be weak in the face of the hard ask. Just say no if you don’t want to.

7. Trying to impress everyone.

You’re probably just fine how you are. No need to dress to impress.

8. Saying what people want to hear.

Hey, be honest. If you have something to say, say it. There’s no need to sugar coat your thoughts and feelings. Be out there, out loud, and real with people. They’ll respect you for it.

9. Your limiting beliefs.

One thing that tends to derail me is the belief that now isn’t the right time. Now is now, and the best time to start anything you want to do is at this moment. Don’t let core beliefs slow you down. They’re here to lift you up, not hold you down.

10. Worrying about the future.

The future is coming one way or the other. Be ready for it, but don’t spend your time in worry about it. It won’t do you any good at all.

This Newly Discovered Bosnian Pyramid Trumps Every Pyramid On The Planet (in age, size and energy)

Bosnian-Pyramid-of-the-Sun

semirsambosnianpyramid

I was at a conference last weekend called the Awake And Empowered Expo which is an event that brings together some of the top minds on the planet in spirituality, health, consciousness and more. This past event this year (in 2015) a speaker named Semir Sam Osmanagich who is a Bosnian born archeologist (a real life Indiana Jones really) spoke on Pyramids and his path that led him back to Bosnia. He spoke on his traveling worldwide to understand ancient civilizations and how pyramids are ancient technologies for energy and communication purposes in these areas. His work and life path led him to discover a pyramid in Bosnia that no one else in the world had the eye for, except for him. It is now known as the biggest pyramid in the world, even larger than those in Egypt and it’s just miles away from where Nikola Tesla was born! Who experimented with free energy, the tesla coil and using a vortex of energy to wirelessly spread free energy anywhere, which was very interesting to me.

His talk was amazing and at the end he got a standing ovation from the crowd that was hanging on every word he spoke. He is like a real life indiana jones, a living explorer and legend in the world of archeology. Sadly, the mainstream media (and tourism powers that be) are bad-mouthing him claiming that there are no Pyramids and claiming he is making these things up in order to benefit. The funny thing is though, pyramid tourism in Egypt is a multi-billion dollar industry and these are the people threatened by his discovery.

They claim that these are ‘natural hills’ and are not a pyarmid in any way whatsoever. The geometrical shape and internal tunnel findings prove otherwise though based on other pyramid discoveries and the correlating factors. They align perfectly with what a pyramid is and Dr. Semir Sam Osmanagich and many others have had legal difficulties with the country of Bosnia in order to excavate and make further discoveries. Thankfully they went to court with the Bosnian Government because they were restricting them from researching and digging further. Thankfully they won in court and are now uncovering tunnels, and using scientific instruments to measure energetic fields such as the negative ions and flow of energy within these tunnels and the pyramid is a whole.  Dr. Sam Semir Osmnanagich is now using this opportunity to create the worlds first open-source pyramid discovery project available to the public at large and thousands of people are flocking to uncover an ancient piece of history in the foothills of Bosnia. Take a look at this diagram of the pyramid:

bosnianpyramid

It’s a fascinating story that only Sam Osmanagich can tell and I wish you could have experienced this man speaking in front of everyone as I did at the event. This man has been ostracized from the scientific community and has had his name slandered in the media and online. Even people who associate with him who are well-known whether it be within the scientific community or pop culture have been attacked.

His presentation at the event was truly incredible. He spoke on the ancient value of pyramids and how cultures all over the world from Asia to Latin America to Europe have pyramids and how he believes based on his research that they were used as ancient sources and technologies for energy and communication. His work is showing that the resonance inside the Bosnian Pyramid correlates with the schumann resonance and he has also recorded that the levels of negative ions within this pyramid are higher than any other place on the face of this planet. Negative ions are valuable to health and healing regeneration and if you understand the principle of grounding/earthing you will realize how valuable these findings are.

There are multiple layers (literally) of proof that can validate that this Bosnian Pyramid is in fact a pyramid and the largest pyramid in the world known to date.

First, the geometrical shape as shown above is that of what a pyramid is anywhere else in the world. Second, the negative ion measurement inside the pyramid is up to 4 times higher than any other negative ion measurement place on the planet. This tells you something doesn’t it? thirdly, there are tunnels throughout the entire pyramid and around it showing that it was a place where people went inside and were actively involved in, and not a ‘natural hill’ as the mainstream media claims.

Lastly, take a look at these concrete blocks discovered on the outside walls of the pyramid of Bosnia:

semirsambosnianblocks

These are man (or alien made) concrete blocks that are NOT nature made and he has the lab tests to prove this to be true.

Take a look at this video:
